B.G. White and Lear Corporation have combined on numerous design-build and construction manager type projects for the manufacturing of seats, instrument panels, etc. Fifteen (15) factory construction sites in ten (10) states and two (2) plants in Canada have been completed. The key elements of these projects were to be on budget, but more importantly to be on time as the startup dates for production did not change.

Projects have included the selection of the site, development of the architectural and engineering drawings, procuring all permits, and the selection of all of the sub-contractors for the project.

Every one of these 100,000 square foot projects have met both of these requirements, even though many of them involved owner changes throughout the factory construction process.
